A withdrawal request can be cancelled for a few different reasons. Here’s what to check to avoid any issues:

💳 2. Card Must Be Previously Used for Deposit
If you’re withdrawing to a card:

❌ We do not support Mastercard for withdrawals – even if it was used for deposits

Some card providers or banks may block or restrict incoming payments.
