Why is it asking for an access code when I login?

Your security matters. That’s why we use verification codes – to keep your Betty account safe.

You’ll typically be asked for a code when:

  • Logging in from a new device

  • Logging in from a new location

If you’re not seeing your code in your inbox, it might be getting filtered. Here’s how to fix that:

📩 Add Betty to Your Safe Senders List
