If you’re not seeing your code in your inbox, it might be getting filtered. Here’s how to fix that:
📩 Add Betty to Your Safe Senders List
To make sure you always receive important messages:
➡️ Add support@betty.ca to your address book or safe senders list
This helps your email provider know you want to see our messages in your inbox (and not your spam folder).

Open a message from support@betty.ca

Click the arrow next to Reply

Select Add Betty to Contacts list
✅ Gmail will confirm once added
⚙️ Gmail (Filter Method)

Go to Settings → Filters → Add

Enter a Filter Name

In the Sender field, type "@betty.ca"

Select Inbox as the delivery folder

Click Save, then Save again
📤 Outlook/Hotmail

Open a message from Betty

Right-click our name

Select Add to Outlook Contacts
4. Click Save
