Why do withdrawals to Mastercard fail?

Unfortunately, we don’t support withdrawals to Mastercard at this time.

✅ What You Can Use Instead

To withdraw your funds, you have two options:

• 💸 Interac e-Transfer

  • For a smoother experience, make sure Auto-Deposit is enabled through your bank and is registered in your name. Auto-Deposit must be set up using your email address – phone numbers aren’t supported.

• 💳 Visa Card (Debit/Credit)

  • You can use this if you’ve previously made a deposit (at least $1.00) with that same Visa card
