Why didn't my card win?

It can be confusing when your card looks complete but didn't win. Here's why that happens.

⏱️ Timing Is Everything

  • A prize stage closes the moment someone completes the pattern. If your card would have finished on a later number, it doesn't count for that stage
  • What matters is how your card looked the instant the stage closed, not how it looks now. More numbers keep getting drawn afterwards for the next stage, which is why a finished-looking card may not actually have won

🧐 A Few Other Things to Keep in Mind

  • 1TG means one number away, not a guaranteed win. Another card could still complete first
  • The free centre square only counts toward a pattern if that pattern actually includes the centre square

🤝 Won, But Less Than You Expected?

If several cards complete the same pattern on the same number, the prize for that stage is split equally between them. So a win can be smaller than the prize shown in the room, depending on how many cards got there at the same time.

🎲 Is the Game Fair?

Numbers are drawn by a Certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and every draw is independent. Nobody can influence which balls come out, or when.

If you're noticing the same names winning often, that's normal variance. With a shared prize pool and lots of cards in play each game, repeat winners come up more often than you'd expect.

💬 Still Think Something's Off?

Tap the three dots in the top right of the Bingo room and choose Live Chat.

👉 Give us the card number shown underneath the card in question, along with the Round ID. That lets us reconstruct exactly what your card looked like when the stage closed and walk you through it.
