⚠️ Your Rewards Page Doesn't Show Expiry
Your Rewards page lists the Free Cards on your account, but it doesn't show when they expire. So a card sitting there isn't necessarily still usable - it depends entirely on where it came from.
⌛ Expiry by Source
- Crack the Code - valid for the next round only. Unused cards expire straight after
- Betty Shop - expire 48 hours after purchase
- Refer a Friend - generally expire 30 days after being awarded (T&C apply)
- Special Promos - each has it’s own T&C for free Bingo cards expiry
💡 Always check the T&C of the offer before claiming free cards, to confirm their exact expiry timeframe.
🔍 Other Things to Check
- Some Free Cards are only valid for specific sessions or games. Check the promo terms for your cards before counting on them for a particular game
- They may have already been used in a previous game
- They may have been claimed too late, after card sales closed
- The game they were meant for was cancelled
📄 How to Check the Terms
Free Cards earned through a promo follow that promo's terms. Open Promos from your Home screen and tap through to Promo Details to see which sessions and games your cards apply to, and for how long.
