Why am I not receiving emails from Betty?

If you're not seeing our emails, they might be getting filtered out. To help make sure you receive important messages (like rewards, promotions, and account updates), please add support@betty.ca to your address book or safe sender's list.

This ensures Betty emails arrive in your inbox instead of going to your spam folder.

๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Add Betty to Your Safe Senders List

โœ… Gmail (Quick Add)

  1. Open a message from "support@betty.ca"

  2. Click the arrow next to Reply

  3. Select Add Betty to Contacts list
    โœ… Gmail will confirm once added


โš™๏ธ Gmail (Filter Method)

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Filters โ†’ Add

  2. Enter a Filter Name

  3. In the Sender field, type "@betty.ca"

  4. Select Inbox as the delivery folder

  5. Click Save, then Save again


๐Ÿ“ค Outlook/Hotmail

  1. Open a message from Betty

  2. Right-click our name

  3. Select Add to Outlook Contacts

     4. Click Save


๐ŸŽ Apple iCloud Mail

  1. Open a message from us

  2. Click Message โ†’ Add Sender to Address Book

    • Or right-click our name and select Add to Address Book

  3. Click Save

  1. Open our email

  2. Click Add to Contacts

  3. Add details if youโ€™d like

  4. Click Save


๐Ÿ’œ Yahoo

  1. Open our message

  2. Click the icon near our email address

  3. Click Add to Address Book


๐Ÿ“˜ Juno

  1. Open a message from Betty

  2. Click Add to Contacts

  3. Add any info you'd like, then click Save


๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Thunderbird

  1. Click Address Book

  2. Select New Contact

  3. Add our info "support@betty.ca" and click OK
