You can play real-money games only while physically in Ontario/Alberta. We run separate provincial sites, each regulated by its own authority. In Ontario, the AGCO licenses Betty.ca for the province’s market, and iGO manages it. In Alberta, we’re registered with the AGLC and work in agreement with AiGC - we have been live since the province’s July 13 launch.

🎯 Why This Rule Exists
Ontario and Alberta’s regulated online gaming market requires licensed operators like Betty to verify that players are physically within the respective provincial borders before allowing real-money play.
This is a legal requirement, and we must comply in order to operate.
