Help CenterBetGuard is a player support tool provided by iGaming Ontario, an agency of the Government of Ontario. It lets you opt out of all regulated online gambling in Ontario. It’s your decision and it’s both simple and secure.
BetGuard is available to those 19 or older. A player account is not required. Enrolling in BetGuard is separate from any self-exclusion you may have arranged directly with Betty.

🛡️ HOW BETGUARD SELF-EXCLUSION WORKS
Once you're registered with BetGuard, you'll be excluded from all regulated iGaming sites in Ontario for the duration you select, including Betty.
⏱️ HOW LONG YOUR BETGUARD EXCLUSION LASTS
When registering with BetGuard, you can choose a custom duration between 6 months and 5 years, or select one of the preset options:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 5 years
You can also extend your exclusion at any time while it's active.
↩️ CAN I RETURN TO BETTY AFTER BETGUARD?
If you wish to return to Betty after reinstating your option to return to play, please contact our support team who will assist you.
