Help Center🔐 Crack the Code is a bonus side-game that runs alongside Bingo. It's completely separate from your cards, patterns, and cash prizes - think of it as an extra chance at rewards while you play!
🎯 How It Works
- Hold at least one card, and you'll see a vault with hidden numbers
- When one of those numbers is called, a short countdown appears
- Tap it in time to earn Betty Coins
- Activate all vault numbers before the game ends to open the vault and receive a prize
⏳ Missed the Countdown?
No worries - you don't lose your progress. You can still tap that number any time later in the game to activate it, you just won't earn the Betty Coins for it.
👉 Missing a tap never stops you from cracking the vault, as long as every number is activated before the game ends.
💡 Good to Know
- Your progress is saved automatically if you disconnect or refresh
- Rewards are granted automatically the moment you open the vault - there's nothing to claim

- Free Cards appear on your Rewards page and in the Free Cards pill at the top of the Bingo room, ready for your next game

💬 Vault Opened, But No Reward?
If you activated every number and your reward hasn't arrived, tap the three dots in the top right of the Bingo room and choose Live Chat. Share the Round ID and we'll take a look.
