What if my Bingo game is cancelled or I lose connection?

Games don't always go to plan. Here's what happens if a game is cancelled or your connection drops mid-play.

🚫 If a Game Is Cancelled

  • Some games have start conditions, like a minimum number of players or a minimum number of cards sold. These are checked automatically once card sales close, before any numbers are drawn
  • If those conditions aren't met, the game is cancelled and any refunds are processed automatically - there's nothing for you to claim
  • Some Free Cards may not be returned on cancellation, depending on how they were issued and whether they'd already been claimed. This is expected behaviour rather than a fault

📶 If You Lose Connection

  • Your cards keep playing automatically, so you won't miss a beat
  • Any wins are still credited to your account
  • Your Crack the Code progress is saved - reconnect and pick up right where you left off

🛠️ Basic Troubleshooting

If your game freezes or won't load, try these first:

  1. Refresh the Bingo room or restart the app
  2. Make sure you're on the latest version of the app
  3. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out your connection
