What documents can I upload for account verification?

To verify your identity and/or address, you can upload a Driver’s License or ID Card/National ID.

Don’t have one of those? No worries, we accept other official documents too!

✅ Accepted Documents

You can submit any one of the following:

• Driver’s License

• ID Card / National ID

• Passport

• Permanent Residence Card

• Status Card

• Utility Bill (issued in Ontario – PDF format)

• Bank Statement (issued in Canada – PDF format)

• Mobile Bill (issued in Ontario – PDF format)

🔴 Health Cards are not accepted for ID verification

📸 Document Upload Tips

To avoid delays:

• Ensure your photos are in focus and free of glare

• Make sure all four corners of the document are visible

• Upload files in the required PDF or image format
