Our support team may ask you to force close or reset your Betty app as part of our troubleshooting process for many different reasons.

🧠 Why Force Close the Betty App?

Unresponsiveness: Sometimes, apps can freeze or become unresponsive due to various reasons, such as bugs, memory overload, or connectivity issues. Force-closing the app can help reset its state.

Performance Issues: If the app is running slowly or consuming excessive battery or data, closing it can help improve performance and free up system resources.

Updates: After an update, some apps may not function correctly until they are restarted. Force-closing the app can help apply the latest changes effectively.

Clearing Cache: Force-closing the app can also help clear temporary files and cache that may be causing issues
