Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to open the App Switcher.
(On older devices with a Home button, double-press the Home button.) -
Find the Betty app.

Swipe the app up and off the screen to close it.

Wait a few moments, then reopen the Betty app and try again.

Option A: From Recent Apps

Tap the Recent Apps button (square or three-line icon).

Find the Betty app.

Swipe it away to close it.
