When you send an Interac e-Transfer, the funds aren’t sent directly from your bank to your Betty account – they first go through a secure processing step before being applied to your balance.


⏱️ How Long Does It Take?

  • Most transfers are processed within minutes

  • In some cases, it can take up to 2 hours

  • This delay is usually due to processing time or bank security checks


🧾 Double-Check These Details

If your deposit is delayed, review the transaction to confirm:

  • ✅ You used the correct email address, reference/message number, and amount

  • ❌ Any incorrect information may delay or cause the deposit to fail


💰 What If the Transfer Fails?

If something went wrong:

  • Your funds will be automatically refunded by Wyzia within 1–3 business days
