I referred a friend, why didn't I get my reward?

Referred a friend, but haven’t received your reward yet? Let’s check a few things to make sure everything is in place.

✅ Things to Check

1. Eligibility

Make sure your friend has:

• Verified their account ✅

• Made a first deposit of $20 or more 💰

These steps are required for the referral to count.

2. Referral Link

• Confirm that your friend used your unique referral link to sign up

• If your friend registers using a different method, an expired link, or without using the referral link at all, the referral can’t be tracked and unfortunately, the reward won’t be applied.

💡Tip: Be sure to generate a new referral link each time from your Promos or Invite Friends tab, as referral offers change frequently. Using an old link may cause you or your friend to miss out on Free Spins.
