I can't login to my account, what should I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your account, don’t worry – here are a few quick steps to help you get back on track.

🔍 Step 1: Check Your Credentials

  • Double-check that you're using the correct email and password

  • Watch out for capitalization, spelling, and special characters


🔑 Step 2: Reset Your Password

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen

  • Open the email registered to your Betty account and click the Reset Password button once.

💡Tips: Ensure your new password is between 8 - 20 characters long

Seeing “Something went wrong and Betty couldn’t update your password”?
This usually means the password reset link has expired or was clicked more than once. Be sure to use the link within 15 minutes of requesting the reset, and only click it once.


🔒 Step 3: Wait If You’re Locked Out

  • Too many failed login attempts?

    • Your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes

    • After that, you can try again or reset your password
