Mistyping your login details can happen to anyone – here’s what to expect if it happens a few too many times.
⏳ Temporary Lockout
If you enter the wrong login details too many times, your account will be:

Temporarily locked for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, your account will remain locked until you enter the correct password or reset it
- You can contact our chat support team to have a Lockout lifted before the 15-minute wait period. Please note that you’ll still need to enter the correct password or complete a password reset to regain access.
🛡️ Extra Security Step
Once you get the password right (or reset it), you’ll also need to complete:

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

You’ll be asked to enter a security code sent to your email
This helps keep your account safe.
🔐 Your 2FA security code is sent exclusively to the email registered on your Betty account.
Be sure you have access to that email – 2FA codes cannot be delivered to a phone number.

Click Forgot Password? on the Login page.
Follow the prompts to create a new one through your registered email.
