How do I turn on / off Multi-Factor Authentication?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your Betty account – and managing it is easy.

⚙️ How to Update Your 2FA Settings

1. Go to your homepage

2. Click Account

3. Select Two-Factor Authentication

4. Toggle the setting On or Off

5. Click Save to confirm your changes

✅ That’s it! Your preferences will be updated right away.

🛡️ Built-In Security You Can’t Turn Off

Even if you toggle 2FA off, please note:

• Our platform includes an automatic 2FA feature

• This activates whenever you log in from a new device or new location

• It helps protect your account from unauthorized access

🔒 This built-in security cannot be turned off – and it's there to keep your account safe.
