How do I set Self-Exclusion on my Betty account? (Alberta)

🛑 If you're concerned about your gambling, you can request a self-exclusion from Betty for a period of:

  • 6 months

  • 9 months

  • 1 year (12 months)

  • 2 years (24 months)

  • 4 years (48 months)

  • 5 years (60 months)


📲 How to Set a Self-Exclusion

  1. Go to Account > Responsible Gaming > Self Exclusion

  2. Select your desired exclusion period

  3. Confirm the request

Once self-exclusion is activated:

  • You’ll be immediately logged out

  • You won’t be able to log back in for the duration of the exclusion

  • You’ll be removed from all marketing communications
