Improving your location accuracy depends on your device and how you're connecting (Wi-Fi, GPS, etc.). Here's how to make sure your phone or computer can pinpoint your real, precise location:

📱 On Mobile Devices (using browsers or our Betty app)

🍎 iPhone / iPad (iOS)

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services

  2. Make sure Location Services is ON

  3. Scroll down to the app you're using to play with us (e.g., Safari, Chrome, iOS Betty app)

  4. Tap it, then select:

    • While Using the App (or Always)

    • Precise Location: ON (if shown)

👉 Precise Location is key – without it, your phone may only provide a rough estimate.

🤖 Android

  1. Go to Settings > Location

  2. Turn Location to ON

  3. Tap App permissions or App location access

  4. Select the app and choose: (e.g. , Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Android Betty app)

    • Allow only while using the app (or Always)

    • Use precise location (toggle ON)

👉 Also go to Settings > Location > Location Services > Google Location Accuracy and turn it ON. This uses Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile networks to boost accuracy.
