Giving location permissions depends on the device and app you're using. Here's how to do it for the most common setups:
📱 On a Phone or Tablet
🤖 Android:

Open Settings.

Go to Apps or Apps & notifications.

Find and tap the app (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Betty app).

Tap Permissions.

Tap Location.

Choose:

Allow all the time

Allow only while using the app

Ask every time

Or for browsers:

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security -> Site Settings -> Location -> Allow Access

Turn on location access.

Or, in the browser (e.g., Chrome), you can also go to the Betty.ca → Tap the "Level Sliders" on the left in the address bar → Location → Toggle it On
🍏 Apple (iOS):

Open Settings.

Scroll down to Privacy and Security

Tap Location Services and ensure they are toggled on
- While still in there, find your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc) , or the Betty app and tap it
- Allow Location Accesss by choosing:

💻 On a Computer
🟦 Chrome (Windows/Mac):

Open Chrome.

Go to the Betty.ca

Click the lock icon 🔒 , or "Level Sliders" next to the URL.

Go to Site Settings.

Find Location, set it to Allow or toggle it on

Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Location

Add or allow sites manually. Ensure it is allowed for Betty.ca
🍏 Safari (Mac):

Go to Safari > Settings for This Website (right-click the address bar or click "Safari" in the menu bar).

Next to Location, choose:

Betty requires precise location access to ensure you are within the regulated area (Ontario).

You may need to enable Location Services globally first (in the main settings menu).

If you're on a VPN, location services might not work properly.
