How do I clear my mobile cookies & cache?

Clearing your cache and cookies can fix issues like games not loading, pages freezing, or balances not updating. Here’s how to do it on both iOS and Android devices ⤵️


🍏 iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open Settings for your whole device

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data

  4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data

Tip: If you only want to remove Betty’s data, tap Advanced > Website Data > Edit, then search for betty.ca and delete just that entry.


🍎 iPhone / iPad (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the bottom right

  3. Tap Settings > Privacy and Security

  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data

  5. Select:

    • Cookies, Site Data

    • Cached Images and Files

  6. Tap Clear Browsing Data to confirm (recommended: All time).


🦊 iPhone / iPad (Firefox)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Tap Data Management.

  5. Toggle on Cookies and Cache.

  6. Tap Clear Private Data and confirm.


🤖 Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right

  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data

  4. Check:

    • Cookies and site data

    • Cached images and files

  5. Choose Time range → All time

  6. Tap Clear data


🌐 Android (Samsung Internet)

  1. Open Samsung Internet

  2. Tap the three lines (≡) in the bottom right

  3. Select Settings > Browsing data

  4. Choose Clear browsing data

  5. Select:

    • Cookies and site data

    • Cached images and files

  6. Tap Clear data


🦊 Android (Firefox)

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Tap Delete browsing data.

  5. Check Cookies and Cached images and files.

  6. Tap Delete browsing data to confirm.


🔵 Microsoft Edge (Android)

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Tap the three dots (⋯).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Tap Privacy and security.

  5. Tap Clear browsing data.

  6. Choose Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Tap Clear data.


✅ After Clearing

Close your browser/app completely, reopen it, and log in again.
