Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data

Choose "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
- Time range: "All time" (or at least "Last 7 days")

Click Clear data

In the top menu, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences).

Click Remove All > Remove Now
