🔄 To Change Your Password:

Log in to your account

Go to Account > My Profile > Edit Password

Enter your current and new password, then save your changes
We recommend using a strong, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters, and changing it regularly. Make sure not to share your password with anyone!

Click Forgot Password? on the Login page.
Follow the prompts to create a new one through your registered email.

No problem, just send an email to support@betty.ca with:

Previous Email Address (if known)

Email address you would like to use going forward

A valid government-issued ID (front and back)

A selfie holding your ID
We’ll update your email and send a confirmation. After that, you’ll be able to reset your password and regain access.
