How do I cancel a withdrawal?

Whether you can cancel a withdrawal depends on its status. Here's how to check and what to do:

🧾 How to Check Withdrawal Status

1. Tap Wallet

2. Go to Transaction History

3. Find the withdrawal you want to manage

✅ If the Status Is “Pending”

• You’ll see an option to cancel the withdrawal

• Once cancelled, the funds will be automatically credited back to your gaming account

🚫 If the Status Is “In Progress” or “Approved”

• At this stage, your funds have already left Betty

• That means the withdrawal can no longer be cancelled

💡TIP: However, if you have an Interac withdrawal that is still "In Progress", hop onto chat support, and we may be able to request a cancellation request to Wyzia to credit your funds back to your Betty wallet.  ❗ If it is already "Approved", this is not possible.
