If you’ve chosen to self-exclude, there are a few essential things to know:

  • Your account cannot be reopened until the whole self-exclusion period has passed

  • Once the period is over, your account will not reopen automatically

  • You’ll need to send a written request to our support team via LiveChat, or email support@betty.ca to begin the reopening process
